Duties:

• Read hydraulic, pneumatic and some electrical schematics
• MIG and TIG welding
• Drill press operation
• Band saw operation
• Work with various electric and pneumatic hand tools
• Masking and painting of units
• Ability to assemble hose assemblies and hydraulic and lube units from schematics
• Build and layout units for easy accessibility of components for maintenance
• Productivity:
• o Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of products.
• o Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department or production staff
• Operate electric and propane lift trucks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent experience;
• Highly experienced with reading schematics, MIG and TIG welding, and drill press and band saw operation.
• Must have own supply of standard hand tools.
• Overtime required to meet demands of production schedule.

Duties:

• Selling our products and services to both new and established customers based on their needs by carrying out the following assignments:
• Call on customers to determine their needs and expectations.
• Work with customer's engineers and develop system solutions as well as component sales.
• Prepare technical proposals and quotations in support of the identified needs.
• Makes service calls to support equipment and products manufactured by our vendors
• Pro-actively assist in proper application and operation of our products
• Develop and implement a sales plan to grow territory.
